I thought the old guy last night was having a heart attack and then he basically won that task for his tribe

Last night was the 308th episode of Survivor.
I wondered if he was having a heart attack as well. They keep saying that someone is going to make a decision that is going to "have all America talking". i wonder what that is?

I thought that was maybe what it stood for but wondered if it was something more deep, some hidden clue.
Yeah, that would be something to have someone die on Survivour.
What would they call it after - Survivor-Not!
